Been using mondo for a couple of weeks now and was all working great (including cash when I needed it) until today when the ATM declined me (I was still well within my balance) … Thinking it might just be a one time error I went into a nearby shop and tried to get cash back, which it failed on a couple of tries but allowed me to just outright buy a few things. Weird!

Normally it’s just a one-off occurrence. In terms of cashback, unfortunately that currently won’t work on the Mondo card because it’s a prepaid card – hopefully once we have full debit cards, it’ll be fine
