Says they need a NIN to purchase? Guessing a national insurance number?
Foreigners use their passports may be if they donât want to take that route.
All more expensive than revolut.
I did refer him to revolut but he said too many steps, so went with BNE.
Saily is actually cheaper. All prices in USD though.
Slightly, but itâs done now, thanks for the help!
Monzo mobile?
Non-paywall: https://archive.ph/o1kYV
Would be interesting to see how this plays out, as seems to be a direct play to the still to be announced properly Revolut Mobile
Think monzo are moving too fast with so much backlog of current half built products and as such, should focus perfecting these instead of adding more complexity to their current structure.
The revolut app is solid, everything works, and never have an issue. They equally have near the same amount of UK customers, but support is fast and efficient, the AI bot does a good job responding with clarity and everything works from the get go.
Mobile for monzo would just trash the CS tenfold and it already struggles.
Revolut already has the esim platform built in to their app and it works perfectly, they just donât have their own mobile plan yet, only data which allows you to use their app via their esim with or without a data bundle attached.
Wonder if this could be built in as an additional perk for Monzo Max or if it would sit standalone as an additional product.
Canât imagine theyâd bundle a lucrative sim plan into the paid subscription, theyâd lose money.
One can dream ![]()
Iâd guess it would be something like a discount or extra data for max subscribers
Hard agree, and now youâve got me wondering what key feature this is going to launch without. Itâs Monzo, thereâs always something critical thatâs missing at launchâŚ
Certainly if something goes wrong consumer end how do we have this fixed in good time? ![]()
@AlanDoe do we have another flag idiot trolling the forum? My previous post had nothing untoward.
That sounds like something that would work and be quite fair.
