i cannot get the magic link for more than a day now
i checked spam, junk folders’switched off /on the phone ,deleted and downloaded again the app
NOTHING
Any ideas?

What email provider are you using? eg Hotmail or is it a work email?
Reason I ask is that if you have your own domain, or use office365 or a work email sometimes they’re blocked at server level.
it s a yahoo account
Have you tried accessing your yahoo email via a web browser? I’m presuming you’re using a Yahoo Mail app.
