My loan payment is due today (31st December) I have breathing space applied so I go in and pay manually.
So as the payment is due today, I went to pay and it said I had missed the payment? But it is due today? I was on the app yesterday (30th December) and it was all fine and didn’t have missed payment in red.
Has this happened to anyone? I don’t want the missed payment on my credit file. I have messaged support aswell

With Breathing Space we don’t automatically take any payments so this is why it will show as £0, but as you’ve made your contractual payment manually/via the app all will be fine!

Why are you paying your loan when you’re on breathing space?
It’s designed for those in financial difficulty to allow you time to review your options with StepChange for example.
Probably worth asking monzo to remove it if you’re not in financial difficulty, and no missed payments would occur.
