Minus button not completely disabled at 0 on monzo.me

Seen on Chrome & Opera
Steps to recreate:

  1. Navigate to a monzo.me link
  2. Make the value 0
  3. Click the disabled minus button 1 more time
  4. The value becomes 1

Expected behaviour:
Disabled minus button should not do anything.
