I think it’s great that things are being looked at now but is there anyway that we can push for some consistency with this now? If this is an area of complaint with comments like “no point” and “given up” then I would suggest there has been a failing at Monzo.

We’ve had a lot of Chat support to cater to in the recent months, and I’m looking because I have some time while I’m supporting my squad of COps, something to do while they deal with the in-app Chats :blush:

I totally understand that and I would suggest that these edits would be a low priority, however they are still a priority.

I think the expectation now is there is either no point in submitting them or submit them and you might get an answer.

As someone has already pointed out, this is/was one of Monzo’s USPs but it is no longer if it’s being forgotten about.

Dare I suggest not abandoning the stuff you used to do really well in favour of ramping up progress in other areas?

Edit: I would have to be part time doing university and I think they need full time people doing this.

What is low priority to Monzo is high priority to us as customers.

I rarely @ Tom now as I know he’s busy but I’d really love to hear what he has to say on this subject now seeing as it has being going on for so long…

Is there no way to automate this from customer submissions?

Eg if the same suggestion is made X amount of times it is changed. People with s higher frequency of accepted changes get higher priority.

Or pay people to do it (in Monzo points?) I’m sure there are plenty of people out there who would do this.

Logos are fantastic when they are correct, bit we need to have a better system for submitting and maintained them

I’m going to just put in here that recently a lot that I’ve submitted have been actioned.

So while this seems to be more neglected than when @RachelR was doing it, I do still see some value in submitting changes.

Yeah! I mean I am 100% sure I must have done some wrong on accident. It’s just I came into the community so it was easy for me to understand what you wanted. (I have no clue if it’s one person or a team atm). Just because someone else isn’t in the community doesn’t mean they aren’t trying to do an amazing job with this!

It would be nice to get an answer from @tom about this but I don’t think we will. Considering all the answers we’ve got from staff in the past haven’t ever provided a permanent or long term solution to this

If it gets enough votes, the topic will be brought to the attention of Monzo developers every few weeks.

I hope @tom does give us something I mean it’s nearly a year since this thread was made and over 2 since we have been raising issues.

I am 100% behind you with this on 3DS.

Looking forward to the random merchant name next month to mark 10 months of random incorrect 3DS data.

I would argue/think that the 3ds data is more important to prevent any type of spoofing fraud

I had this corrected and now it’s changed again to be labelled as Klarna? Whatever that is!? Shuh was correct but because it was originally also incorrect (showing as Schuh Bexleyheath) I’ve no digital receipt for the purchase.

Overall incorrect and poor merchant data is breaking Flux intergration and any past transaction can change if another user reports something similar as incorrect. :frowning:
