Logged in with wrong email and cannot use app

Hi,

I used the wrong email to login to the IOS app and now I’m stuck in the waiting screen. I cannot use the app since it does not let me logout and login again with the correct email. This happened a few days ago an I was hoping the problem would go away in a couple of days, but this is not the case.

Uninstall and reinstall the app?

Email help@monzo.com and they’ll sort you out

Uninstall/reinstall will fix it.

It’s the app version of turn it off and turn it back on again :grin:

iOS settings > Monzo > Reset session? Then force close and reopen the app :slightly_smiling_face:
