Locked account


I can’t access my account. I must have tried to get the activation email send 20 times but I am not getting one. Its extremely frustrating as I can’t even find anyone at Monzo to help with this. I have also sent several emails to the help email address and I’m just getting nothing back.

How do I get to my money?

Is the account locked or can you just not access the app?

Have you tried phoning the number on the back of your card?

Have you checked your junk emails as that’s where mine went when I had a similar issue.
