Well this might prompt my CASS move to Monzo sooner rather than later
Not related but I rang lloyds yesterday as I still get paper statements monthly even though I am set as full paperless.
The first person I spoke to told me that I am on the system as paperless so I was transferred to another person.
The solution from the 2nd person, due to they had never seen it before and had no idea why I would still be getting paper statements, was to switch me to yearly statements so I would only now get one a year. Unfortunately she said that’s all that could be done.
I doubt I’d have such issues with monzo if anything wasn’t working. Any problem I have had has been sorted via in chat app.
