Lloyds Banking Group chat

Neither did I until today. I was reading an Apple document somewhere which explains Apple has no control over the auth of cards in wallet.

Will see once I have official iOS 18.

If this is click to pay, I can see but it always says I don’t have any valid cards to use with the service. I’m not sure why, since I have working cards and ones I use.

I also had this issue when I upgraded from club Lloyds to platinum account. I originally registered for click to pay using club Lloyds card and it worked just fine. When upgraded, Lloyds sent me a new card so I tried registering again but it won’t let me as none of my cards were supported. This seems to be a bug in Lloyds app. I used the Visa Click to Pay consumer portal and can see my Lloyds debit card is active and automatically updated to new platinum card.

Thank you, I’ll have to give that a try.

So 81% are under 40.

Surely that is the story :person_shrugging:

Yep, but they did increase by 73% in over 40s. It’s not meant to be some kind of insult to them, or anything like that, it just means that fraudsters are targeting a certain demographic more

Maybe there needs to be educational information provided to people about the risks of being a money mule. The criminals as ever are somewhat removed but those caught risk their whole financial world going down the toilet and fast.

Thank god I’m 35.

This happened to me too!
Both with RBS and LBG.

I put a complaint in and they confirmed it is nothing to do with anything CIFAS related (nothing on there anyway as expected) and was due to me not meeting their criteria.

Not sure I can remember that far back! :grimacing::rofl:

Part of me hopes to never get to that age!

The alternative is not great though

Are there any further updates regarding Lloyd’s 360?

I wonder how they’re coming along with the product.

Card not added - slow progress? :pray:t3:

4 hours, 50 minutes over 13 calls between Apple and Lloyds, and one to visa, since 20th July.

Lloyds have finally, on pushing them, opened a case with visa directly to find out what’s going on.

Managed to get a 23 character reference number for the token raised with visa, and my complaint reopened from 20th July with no resolution.

You’d think Lloyds could’ve just raised this to visa directly, having already explained to them Apple have no authority to approve or decline cards being added to Apple wallet in any form.

No SLA - but the Lloyds customer support team will be in touch once they have an update :man_shrugging:

Apple did say it’s Lloyds who need to raise with visa to see what’s going on so will see what comes of it.

No caps :exploding_head: contactless debit card payment.

Though the one after by Apple was full caps.

This an online/in person thing?

Is this every merchant or just that one? Could it perhaps be that this particular merchant set their name erroneously not capitalising proper nouns?

Possibly, I’ll try again in a few days.

Can’t imagine Lloyds changed it.

Looking at monzo it does seem it’s the merchants setup.

The time has come to renew my Club Lloyds perks.

Tbh, with the downgrade of Disney +, I don’t really see anything jumping out as “pick me, pick me” any more.

Got four weeks to decide whether to pick one, or downgrade and stop the bouncing around of money

I downgraded mine, there is nothing currently that grabs me. I do like the new app and happy to use it. Although I am also waiting to see what the Halifax app looks like when they eventually update that. I prefer the Halifax cards and the blue, to the green. Small things I know.

What happens to your club benefit if you switch out. I chose Disney a while ago. Do they just cancel it or do you have to pay them a fee for cancelling
