It can take a bit for the account to fully setup, it’ll show either later or tomorrow.

When did you move the money? Last month? Try going to Jan tab

29th Jan.

Nothing on Jan tab either. As Carlo said it must still be setting up.

My switch was completed today. Does anyone whose switch may have completed in the previous days/weeks know if we get some sort of confirmation if we are eligible for the switch offer cash?

You’ll receive a txt but from my experience it’s days after actually receiving the money.

Mine completed Wednesday last week, no confirmation or bribes yet. Just waiting as I am still within the 40 days period.

I have realised the iOS mail privacy protection feature could be the one blocking trackers from emails LBG and others send and then claim I haven’t read it yet asking me to update my email. Nationwide also did it.
The email Lloyds is referring to here was read and binned yesterday, I also read the inbox message in my app.
Third time they send a similar message, they also follow up with a letter in the post.
When you contact them to ask for the communication they refer to it turns out I received it.

I’ve had a few banks do that, NatWest are the same and in their case, I can no longer change my email address on line or in the app, I have to phone them.

I use proton for a lot of my email, which blocks trackers etc. People should be allowed to be private and not have their emails tracked.

Same happened to me. I’ve raised a complaint but so far they haven’t fixed the issue. The first few days of transactions are still not visible weeks later.

Given that Lloyds now support paying in £10k cheques in the app and you can now also use any Lloyds/Halifax/Bank of Scotland branch, I guess it doesn’t make sense to pay the Post Office to also offer this service for them.

Yes, a lot of people still send or receive cheques.

In the last year I received cheques from O2, Virgin, and DVLA.

Looks like it didn’t fix itself as still no transactions are showing, which is annoying.

I have to get large cheques three times a year for the next few years and it is a massive pain every time. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

got to stand at the other side of the room to make it work on the app

You probably need an Instagram expert to take photos of the cheques in your app.
