Except that co-servicing doesn’t work for messages - anything Bank of Scotland or Halifax shows a red dot in Lloyds, but opening the Lloyds inbox has nowt in it (and the filters only show Lloyds stuff)
Mine has a constant 4, so I guess it’s maybe my old Halifax account ![]()
I get the same (although 3 is the number of messages I don’t have)
Can’t you log into your old profile on Halifax and read the messages?
I don’t have the same phone number so probs won’t let me in.
If you have time you can call and they merge them.
This is a know issue that they are working on and will be fixed soon. No timescales were given though.
You will do. I opened Lloyds with a new phone number and it changed the number on the Halifax account, which was just as well as I couldn’t get logged into a very ancient Halifax account.
Opened the Lloyds app and it seemed to suggest it would give a recap of the year like Monzo however it told me nothing other than the number of times i logged in and just self promotion of Lloyds. Pretty pointless I think

Yeah wasn’t it just. I honestly don’t know why they bothered to be honest.
My Lloyds app has updated to show my Halifax/BoS accounts as well.
If I hide these extra accounts, they disappear from the summary page but still show on all the other pages/tabs.
That doesn’t sound right to me. Is there a way to stop them appearing totally?
