What happened in April 2025 here was pre the doxx catastrophe on the unofficial monzo discord.

Basically, a bunch of people chose to leave here, demanded their community accounts were fully deleted (royally mucking up thread timelines here), set-up & joined an alternate group, which then self-imploded faster than the OceanGate Titan.

Then they came back here, with diff usernames/accounts.

I joined it as soon as it launched, quickly realised what was inevitable and left sharpish.

A bit like the other place which spun up when the community forum here went down in 2020, and has also since evaporated

Iā€™ve got a Halifax Clarity credit card that I havenā€™t been able to log in to for about 2 years now. So I donā€™t use it anymore. But also no way to close it. Maybe the rebrand will give me an excuse to try and reset their terrible app/online banking for the umpteenth time to get back in.

Ooh Pay in 3. Would be nice if that was directly integrated into a Lloyds current account, and worked like Klarna.

So you activate it, make the purchase, and it takes 1/3 immediately.

No, I couldnā€™t be bothered.

I just switched to using my Barclaycard for all non Ā£ purchases.

It is in credit cards terms that came into effect 26/06/2026. Probably they wanted to keep that lending bit on an already existing line of credit instead of doing further checks for eligibility each time you need it.

My rewards tile is back on summary page, but once Iā€™m in the rewards bit, clicking on the tiles does nothing.
