No, it hasn’t been removed.
Monzo want you to self serve first.
What happens if you click this link on your phone?
Android. Opens the app straight into Chat with all previous annoying history present.
Also, it’s not live chat and hasnt been for years.
You leave a message and they notify you when you get a response

Annoyingly I went through half a dozen self service funnels first (none of which actually covered my issue) and every time got directed to a help doc that didn’t offer a chat option.
Now chat is closed.

Yes I can see that. The chat was awful before but making changes so it is almost impossible for the average user to find it is not the soluition.
Ask your question here. There are plenty of very knowledgeable and experienced people.
The Community doesn’t and shouldn’t replace a bank’s dedicated support function. Monzo keep failing their customers on the support front.
It shouldn’t but if we can help and they’ve already gone to all this effort creating an account etc, then they might as well ask.
