I’m not sure if it’s the same issue, but I haven’t been able to use my Monzo card to pay (with apple pay) in the Sainsbury’s smart shop app.
I can pay with my other card, so it’s definitely an issue with Monzo.
I can use Monzo if I check out through the till though.

I use Smart shop frequently and have never had any issues using Apple Pay with Monzo!

I never had a problem until (roughly) two or three months ago, I tried updating the app and now I even have a new card but I still can’t pay. I tried this morning with my Nationwide card (after 3 failed attempts with Monzo) and that one worked.

I don’t know what to say. Can only speak as I find. I’m a plus customer;which shouldn’t make any difference and I always use Apple Pay at the checkout. Never tried any other cards because I’ve never needed to. :man_shrugging:
