I’ve requested a physical card from them twice and both times it hasn’t arrived.
I wouldn’t trust them with my salary.

Same they told me it was ordered and nothing. Then I got the metal card email same thin - then they emailed out saying that was a mistake.
In my case.
The first one I ordered back in December never arrived.
The second one was delayed and I thought it wasn’t sent again so I told them to cancel it and reorder it. However just over a month after I ordered it, it arrived but it was cancelled at this point and I couldn’t activate it.
The 3rd and final one arrived on Monday and I was able to activate it. Third time’s the charm as they say.
Wow. Imagine if you actually really needed the card.
To be marketing for your salary too and they can’t even get the fundamentals right
The amount of cards being ordered and simply not fulfilled or wasted must be through the roof.

I might move my Salary over once i have got my £100 from iFast
Can’t see anywhere where I can send my direct debits but I don’t think it’s an account I’ll be using. Something telling me it’s not safe lol. Also it’s heavy on crypto which I’d rather not have my card declined by other services
How long did it take to arrive?
There’s something mesmorising about it even as a very basic card
My card never arrived so probs just gonna close it.

It was abit bizzar because I got an email saying apply for a card now. So I did. Then I got an email shortly after saying they had sent the email in error because cards weren’t available yet. But received the card around 4days later. lol I since closed the account as I don’t fully trust it with my money.

The first one I ordered never arrived.
The second one arrived over a month later and by then I already cancelled it and requested a new one.
The third one did arrive and I activated it but haven’t used it.

I tried to close mine but the close option tries to close My Kraken account too?
yes it will close your Kraken account too but the same account can easily be reopened if you happen to change your mind.
I have crypto there it’s dumb. I should be able to close the krak card without closing the entire account
It’s possible to close the card without closing your account. You have to message support and specifically ask them to close your card but not your account. I managed to do that.
