Does the Sage Pay bug affect Sage Pay terminals, or just online?
Hi. I actually used the card with a Sage Pay terminal this morning - worked fine with contactless.
Interesting! Anyone else used Sage Pay online and it worked? If so, I’ll scrub it
Weird one today. Paying in Eat on contactless didn’t work, but it did with chip and pin.
I can confirm Mondo cards work fine with Sage Pay online/ecommerce transactions, I work for them
First try to use it today in TKMAXX and the card was not accepted.
The Starbucks mobile app worked fine for me

Had my first failed transaction today… While using contactless in Morrisons. Chip and pin worked though.
I also had a contactless payment decline in Morrisons today. Chip and pin worked fine. Wish there was a way to remove the declined transaction from the feed, though

I’d like to be able to hide transactions from the App feed. (e.g. pre-auth and respective refunds… they add little information).
Been to Caffé Nero next to Warren Street tube station twice now in past two days and both time contactless hasn’t worked. Chip and pin was fine but yeah. Is this just me or are others finding this?
Pushing the clear buttom on 1.3.1 it crashs the app
Can confirm, though for me it happens when you clear three or more in quick succession while the network indicator is still spinning.
I just noticed an issue I hadn’t previously come across, on Mondo 1.3.1 (219). The app shows that I’ve spent £1.45 today, which is accurate. However, only one of the two transactions is displayed in the transaction history. Another transaction (for £0.80 at the same vending machine) is missing.
I’ve reviewed the above thread and haven’t found other instances of this issue being reported.
I just went to check the app after a transaction and pulse seems to be locked for me again. I’m on the latest beta version of the app.
Couldn’t get mine to work contactless in the tube yesterday despite activating it earlier with the a PIN transaction…
