I was in the London office on Friday for a Remote COps job too! And had a video interview for TechOps afterwards (that went VERY well, I think! The interviewer said he loved my answers, anyway). Very excited waiting to hear back from them.

Awesome news, congratulations! I found out earlier they aren’t offering me a COps role, but I’m still waiting to hear back about next steps for the TechOps role.

Thanks! I’ll be honest, the TechOps role is a better one for me, as I am a lot more IT-focused than I am Customer Service-y, to be honest, even though I’ve had eight years retail customer service experience…
The lovely fellow I had a video interview with on Friday was very passionate about getting me through to the next stages, as he loved my answers for his questions, so… It’s just a waiting game, as he was an Engineer and the actual decision I believe is up to the Hiring team. Either way, I am pretty happy.

Hello everyone i have been using Monzo since November 2018, i have really been able to take control of my finance’s and i am very grateful to Monzo for this.

I have been with monzo from the start when they wore in beta and then become a bank at that time I never upgraded to a bank as I just did nit what to but I now come back as thye offer a lot of great features like getting payed 1 day early getting instant notification when you pay for some think support that is in the app and has all ways been fast and very helpful.
I use monzo as my main bank and have switch all my DD and payment to monzo I still think that is some feature that monzo douse nit have like what is in store with monzo plus and will add insure branded Ken cover like offer bug bags has so the still growing and learning but monzo is going to make they bank the best they can and I for one are looking foreword to what is in store.
