Joint Account Transfer is not possible

We currently have a joint account with Nationwide. It is not great. We want to move this joint account to a Monzo joint account.
The Monzo website says it is possible yet when i follow the process in the app i see this page

Pretty confusing…

Can i move our joint nationwide to a joint monzo account???

I didn’t think that CASS was supported on joint accounts. Have you got a link to the page you read it on?

You can CASS a joint account but both accounts must be joint

Have you created a Monzo Joint account yet? You’ll have to:

  • both have Personal Monzo accounts
  • link these together as a Monzo Joint Account
  • start the CASS from your Monzo Joint Account (not your personal one)
