Joint account tab appearing incorrectly

Issue: I’ve randomly had this Joint account tab appear, and there’s no way to get rid of it. When I went into it, it asked me for feedback on why I didn’t complete the process for signing up for a joint account, which I haven’t ever done (and if I have ever tapped into that by accident, I wouldn’t expect this kind of thing to be put on the home screen that I can’t even dismiss).

Details to reproduce: No idea, I just opened the app and it was there
OS: iOS 18.5
Device: iPhone 15 Pro
App Version: 6.31.0

Looks like more intrusive marketing activity, hopefully you can dismiss it.

There wasn’t a way to dismiss it originally, but I just went into it again and it showed this:

Not had an app update so seems to be a feature flag that got enabled.

I still feel like it probably shouldn’t push this so prominently though.

Intrusive marketing has been a running theme on the forum for a while.

There’s usually a way to get to a “Dismiss” or “Not interested” eventually, but it’s a complete pain when they start inserting things like that directly into your account screens.

Can you unpin it from pinned accounts?

There was no option to do that no, didn’t show in the list of accounts when editing them, it was just displaying in that UI.

Once that second page started showing I could choose “Not interested”, but that wasn’t there when the tab first appeared.

The moment you go into it, at the top right is a not interested button.

I know, I posted a screenshot of that - but at the time I made the thread, it didn’t show that page.

Originally it just showed a page asking for feedback on why I didn’t open a join account, and there was no way to dismiss the card on the home screen, so the whole thing made no sense as I’d never started to apply for a joint account in the first place.
