Join account

Hi, I am trying to open a join account with my partner but Monzo says they can’t do it for us and that they can’t say why.
I can’t understand why and there is no support

Monzo won’t tell you why for a whole host of reasons - mainly regulatory and security.

If they won’t provide you an account there’s nothing you can do. You can’t force them so just try again in a month or two or find another provider.

They can’t and won’t tell you why. There will be a reason somewhere but unfortunately that’s it for now. All you can do is try and apply another day or use another bank.

But it’s unlikely they’ll be able to tell you why
