Hi after many weeks of not being able to get the App to work, I found the issue. It won’t open in outlook.
And now a question. I’ve tried moving the App to my secure file on my Samsung S8 but it doesn’t work and I don’t like the idea that the App just opens without a pin code. That why I tried to put into secure file. Any help.

What do you mean it won’t open it outlook? Do you mean it won’t send you a magic link to outlook or something else?
I’m fairly certain there is a setting to make it so you need to use PIN or fingerprint to login. I’m not on Android so can’t tell you where, though.
Account then Profile then Settings.
