Issue with cancelling Monzo Premium


I’m having issues cancelling my Monzo premium. I’ve navigated through the settings and all the way to the pin prompt to confirm cancellation and the app is stating that there is an issue and to contact Monzo if the issue persists.

I tried to cancel a month ago and encountered the same problem, which I assumed at the time was because I couldn’t cancel while I was in my overdraft. However, I now no longer has a negative balance but the issue is persisting.
