[iOS] Spending notification wrong

Issue:
Spotify transaction was taken from my debit card - this is marked as monthly recording and shows in my recording payments however the push notification showed that I’d spent all of my entertainment budget for the month even though the transaction wasn’t being counted in my normal spending budget and was in my recurring spend
