Log in and Sign Up are producing the same link, unable to log in to account as it attempts to create a new account every time - have tried deleting app and reinstalling several times on separate iPhone.
Clicked both log in (@) and sign up (x)
I think you might be using the wrong email address.
If you use the wrong sign in email address the app tries to pass you down the sign up route.
I wish I was! I’m using the same email address and phone number as my account but it keeps coming up the same
Hi Ella, Could you call the help desk number please. They can check your email address is associated with your account.
I called them and you guys are right! I’m totally being an idiot and using the wrong address!
I was certain you was, because you was experiencing the exact same thing I was when i used the wrong email to sign up!
