iOS Default Mail App

I’m not an iOS dev so I’m not sure but unless it was in the documentation this feature wasn’t in the beta and was switched on with the iOS 14 go live so not available to test with the betas I don’t think

The feature was always in the beta, but it required mail and browser apps to explicitly add support for it. This wasn’t possible until Apple started accepting versions of apps complied for iOS 14 to be submitted to the App Store. There were one or two apps which did add support for the feature in Testflight (beta) versions before official release.

But, basically, it was quite difficult to test easily.

Yeah I think I was being a little harsh on Monzo earlier perhaps

I develop iOS apps as a side hobby and the switch to iOS 14 has been, well, …interesting. So many fundamental under the hood changes to Xcode and the mic drop that was the public release date

@Dan5 just making you aware this is still an issue.
Although not at all major, it’s still something that improves the customer journey.
