After saving a new contact to my phone they were listed in Monzo as a potential payee. When I try to send them money, a pop up box appears saying they don’t appear to have Monzo, then they disappear from the list. I’ve also found they are also deleted from my contact list/ phone book in my phone.
Added a contact’s name and phone number in Contacts app. Opened Monzo, went to select their name on Payments page. Pop up box appears stating “Unable to send payment. It looks like [name] ([phone number]) isn’t a Monzo user yet. Would you like to edit the contact?”. Two options present: Edit or Cancel. After tapping Cancel they disappear from the Payments page and my phone book.
