Issue: App is so laggy it’s unusable
Details to reproduce:
OS: iOS 26.2.1
Device: iPhone 16 pro max
App Version: 7.13.0 ( originally has 7.13.0 on testflight, deleted it and reinstalled 7.13.0 from App Store but same problem persists.

Tried speaking with support in app but AI just keeps telling me to come here
I’d suggest complaining (maybe via email if the bot isn’t having it).
This isn’t a support channel and we can’t help you fix the app.
Are you using low power mode on your device? As that will make all apps laggy pretty much.
Nope, just checked and no low power mode - good shout though.
Also was using the TestFlight version but now using the non test flight version to no-avail.
I’ve managed to get through to an actual person now and they’ve escalated it to 2 different people. Waiting to be escalated to a 3rd now so hopefully they can help.
I’d guess you’ve restarted your device too?

I’m experiencing a similar issue. Once FaceID completes there is a delay before the account information appears.
Not sure if it is related or just an update to process but any card refunds say “delayed from x date” too.
The status page suggests zero operational issues. I think it’s an iOS bug post the latest update but maybe it’s not.
Have you tried delete, restart device and reinstall?
Yeah, tried that thanks. Done it again and still experiencing the same issue. Hopefully it’s fixed in the next update.
