I was locked out of my app and didn’t know my PIN.

So I switched back to Mail for 18, with the “priority” malarkey it’s not showing me a badge for yet another Black Friday email that I don’t care about.
But now it’s not showing me an important email in the app at all. The gmail app shows it, but not default app.
Is there a setting or something? I can’t find it in any folder or anything.
Swipe the tabs to the left to view the old fashioned all mail list that you’re used to.
If gmail is your provider, and you don’t normally use the apple mail app, you may not know that not every email you receive will show up there (for some reason). I was forever having to troubleshoot that for my mom. But for some emails she had to sign into Google mail via safari. Never figured out why. She has an iCloud email now.

You can also just tap on primary and it’ll switch between primary and all mail. Should bring it all however I have noticed it occasionally not pick up an email in a different category.
How are others finding it? It seems ok so far and the category’s seem right more often then wrong. It also seems to be getting better.

This is quite a useful change to iOS. You can now choose your preferred Home Hub. I’ve only just noticed this, so guessing it came with 18?
It was previously automatic only, and it was always choosing an underpowered HomePod Mini over the more appropriate Apple TV.
I’ve already noticed my camera streams and other accessories are far more responsive, since setting it to prefer the Apple TV.
It’s worth changing this setting if you use Apple Home. It’s set to auto by default. It will still fallback if your preferred choice fails.

Last week was Thanksgiving over in the US so maybe they decided not to do a release while a lot of people are on holiday?

I mean, it’s possible, but it’s a weekly beta normally at this point, Which I would’ve expected one a week after the week before last week
Although saying that it is slated for December 9th, according to the rumours so we may get an RC build this week
