Pretty sure they can just release a modem firmware OTA
There’s a new build of beta 4 up tonight. Hopefully a modem fix.

Has this been an all network thing? I’ve not noticed any issues connectivity wise on EE even out and about.

I’m on EE and had it quite badly. It was worse when I had 2 sims activated. I changed to one and was better. Either way, hopefully this fixes it!

Yeah, I’m very late to the party because I was really tired Last night, But yes, it seems to be new for my update. Possibly other changes to because 264 MB is quite a lot for a modem update

The modem version is the same
Unfortunately, I have no plans on leaving the house this weekend and I didn’t have a problem with the 4G at my house, So I cannot test if it is fixed really

Modem issue is NOT fixed. Just had a drop out after using it

Strange. For “research purposes” I’ve done everything from disable WiFi, turn mobile data on off, use mobile data across apps etc and it’s working fine.
Will see if that’s the case over the day. I’m wondering if it’s a device thing in terms of hardware over a bug per se.
I had wifi off while in bed and it seemed to work fine browsing Safari - then my doorbell rang, so I clicked on the ‘Home notification’ and it dropped, I know that Home has nothing to do with it, was coincidental
I did my best to demo the issue here: x.com - thought I must remember, if music is playing it ends up in the screen recording
Ironically my mobile connection dropped out as soon as I tapped on your video and it’s yet to return.

I expect they’ll have to fix it sooner than that. Despite warnings people will be downloading the public beta and complaining online all the time if it goes on / widespread.
Edit: since the last update my phone outright refuses to connect to any cell service 80% of the time. Yay!

Since I got the Beta 4.5 update, I feel the notification clear animation is broken, they seem to disappear straight away now, anyone else notice that?
This seems to be the same for all animations, they don’t seem to work, it’s as if there isn’t one

Ok, serious bug (for me) time. If the camera is set to maximum quality on ProRaw the image is, well, anything but.
Very consistent on 1x, less so on 5x optical zoom.
I thought this might’ve been a hardware issue for some reason since in the release notes it’s not (yet) noted. But looking around it appears others have also noticed and you have zoom in to see it really.
It looks like beta 5 will fix it and I’m hoping it does because it’s the main reason I have the iPhone otherwise going to have to reset before I next go on holiday in late aug.
