I’m also going up: 19% to 24%

Looks like most are from beta going to 24 then.

I got my increase in November 2023 :eyes: Wish I had the extra 3-4 months like you lot! :joy:

Mine’s going from 24% to 26%

I wasn’t in the beta so mine went up a while ago.

I mean, this doesn’t impact using the 3 months interest fee flex, which is why I use flex, and it’s a lot quicker than regular cards with getting refunds, etc

Were you part of the early access?

Given the emails going out today and the fact they’re all 19 to 24, it sounds like it’s just those us locked in on that 19% early access rate.

I’ll also reply to let you know I’ve got an email.

I don’t care what the rate is. 19%, 24% or 200% makes zero difference. I’ve never used Flex for more than 3 months and if I did want to buy something more expensive that I can’t pay off in that time, I won’t use Flex for it.

Yes. I was.

Yeah I’ve never used anything beyond the free 3 months.

Bummer. No plushie and your rate goes up earlier. :sob:

Was yours a bump to 24 as well?

Yep it was! But - and this is probably relevant - I took out a new mortgage in August, and so from the lenders perspective, I instantly looked less favourable to them. So they probs bumped it up due to my profile, rather than anything else.

Also, I was maxing out my Flex/Credit Cards etc for the moving costs etc. etc. [all at 0% :stuck_out_tongue:]

Also going from 19% to 24%. I’ve only ever gone for more than 3 months twice and those were both the 0% six month offers

Same here

I’ve no Flex nor Overdraft any more and it’s just as well really

I take it you closed them down yourself?

They were a big drain on my monthly outgoings, very expensive and it’s two less off my debt pile.

Such a relief to not have the burden (not defaulted just fyi :joy:).

It’s a year of cracking down on the rest and move onto a house purchase (eventually).

I get what you mean, I do use flex for things I shouldn’t because I can get it now instead of waiting/saving. I consider closing my flex account quite often. Maybe I will when it’s paid off next month.

Signed up for Flex in Oct 2021 (according to the documents in my app) and been on 19% since then. No email or in-app notification about an increase as of right now.
(Probably tempted fate now)
