Has anyone else noticed that the Google AI plus plan is being devalued by removing access to the Pro model?
Yep. Came at pretty bad timing for Monzo. Wonder if they knew that was going to happen?
When is this happening? I haven’t seen any email and website still lists pro model.

Monzo’s continuing obsession with physical cards baffles me. I haven’t used one for the best part of ten years; I just pay with my watch. Much quicker and more secure.
An interesting idea, and I might have ditched Flex but for the £15 a month charge.
It’s not a Monzo “obsession”, it’s customer behaviour.
More people use a physical card than a digital wallet.

This has particularly annoyed me. I haven’t received the email yet but saw others complaining about it.
Monzo marketing seems aimed at younger people and I bet digital wallets are more prevalent among them.
That said, I work in tech so probably very biased. I’ve only ever seen colleagues from US use physical cards I think
The only data we have on this is what’s shared in this community, and that suggests otherwise.
I’m over 60 and haven’t used a physical card day to day for many years.

Well, maybe a very small dint
25/26 is still in Gen Z, not sure why it has it as 18-24 only.
As someone in that 25-34 age bracket, I can only comment on people that were around me… besides one bloke, everyone just uses their phone at this point. Everyone else made the change over to Revolut in university for bill splitting.

Wouldn’t be averse to using this card although as I already pay for Max with family add on a little discount would be nice.
