Yes, though you would have to pay £5 for the card and Monzo will keep telling you that you need to reorder a card. Ignore the reorder message and press back and your card will keep working.

i got my perks card through the post today and I love it. its so pretty. i have cancelled my Perks account, but the app is now asking me to replace the card with a bog standard one!!!
I might just ignore this and see how long it takes to clear itself.

I do, unfortunately. Been trying to send some important documents for the past couple of weeks. Sent the first lot via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and still undelivered after 10 days. Sent another copy of the documents via 24 hour Tracked Delivery and they are undelivered after 5 days.
Where is this?
I sent a recorded letter from Wrexham post office to Barclays head office, received next day and responded to within 4 days in full, by letter including a weekend.

I returned my BT hub a while back to avoid being charged for it. Thought it was odd that EE were still pestering me for it, so I checked the tracking yesterday and it’s been routed to the wrong place and hasn’t moved for a week.
EE were at least understanding and marked it as returned in their system for me.
It’s always tricky though. Royal Mail seem fine where I live, but unless you know exactly when something was sent to you it’s impossible to judge whether letters are turning up on time or even at all!

Sent via a Northamptonshire Post Office and the South Northamptonshire sorting centre seems to be where the hold-up is.

You needed to send them by Special Delivery. That is the only Royal Mail service which has a proper SLA.

Hmm… its from £7.95 (or £7.35 if purchased online) for Special Delivery for tracking, proof of delivery and a money back guarantee if not delivered the next working day (unless you live in a remote part of the country as I know @N26throwaway does)
Surely better value than a courier for an important letter?
