Thanks, yes i checked out Monzo Plus and its so called benefits. Don’t think I’d really benefit from all of them really. What about if Monzo did a similar thing to Santander where they give you 3% if you have DD’s setup etc? Plus I’m one for not really paying for something if I’m not going to benefit from it fully. If you know the McDonalds advert for their Saver Menu ‘Like getting your monies worth?’ saying… same applies here I feel.

I joined to ask for help as in 2015 whilst at college my Son foolishly allowed someone to expose his naivety regarding banking and persuded him to open an account once the money goes in he has to withdraw it. Almost 4 years later he learns that he has committed fraud and has a marker on Cifas.
Needless to say we’re totally shocked and feel terrible fircthus act. What we need to know is what can we dog to repair the situation?
Many people have opened a Monzo account who have a marker on their account. If that’s your intentions Monzo have always advised to just apply to find out if you’re accepted or not
I believe the marker is removed after so many years as well

hi all; i am a monzo user who is registered blind, and am hoping for the same level of access sighted people receive; such as clearing the feed, knowing when direct debits are scheduled etc. i use Voiceover, built-in to the IPhone that reads aloud all screen elements.

Monzo have just put their full terms and conditions into a voice over mode
I don’t believe that clearing the feed is a feature that everyone has, unless I’m mistaken and you’re referring to something else?

I have recently joined Monzo after long time of deciding wether I should or not and it’s a good bank and really like it
A bit about me:
I have recently finished my first year of university, I am studying computer science.
Few of my friends main bank accounts are Monzo and first thing that caught my attention is the bright colour of their card.
I came across a YouTuber named “Jake Wright” and his video titled “First day at Monzo” really made me think about this bank and do research on it and came to conclusion that I would like to be part of Monzonauts right after uni.
