Interactive Investor not accepting account details

Anyone else had trouble inputting their Monzo account on Interactive Investor’s website to pay their fees and/or set up regular investing by Direct Debit? I get a message that the account details are invalid.

Yeah - online setup for direct debit to Monzo didn’t work for me. I then called II customer support and they setup my direct debit to Monzo either over the phone or by getting me to fill out a paper form and post it in (can’t remember which - this was months ago).

Hmm that’s annoying. I’ve filled out the paper form for now and asked BACS if they can chase getting them to accept Monzo’s sort code in future.

Sadly this still exists today. Can Monzo apply some pressure to get them to update their DB?
