Incorrect details put in loan application- won’t allow me to correct

Started a loan eligibility calculator but stupidly misunderstood an answer and put my mortgage repayments as over double what they are, and therefore Monzo said they couldn’t offer me a loan. Now every time I click on to the “loan” section it won’t allow me to go through the calculator again and just says straight away im not eligible. Any idea how to reset this so I can put in the right details?

Search contact us in help and send them a message. Support should be able to correct it for you.
