Incorrect Card Delivery

The card customisation element of monzo is great and usually quite seamless. However during the past week I’ve attempted to order the hot coral investor card using the app and the in-app chat service, receiving the wrong card three times (instead getting the same midnight sky plus card). The letterhead mentions a monzo business account even though it’s a personal monzo card.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues either recently or historically? Thanks.

Wow that’s crazy.

I’ve not seen anyone report anything like this on here. Card colour or wrong letterheads :grimacing:
