[iOS] No negative sign when transferring with negative balance

Issue:
I had a negative balance, but in the transfer screen, it showed as a positive balance.
In the screenshot, it should be -£9.60
Details to reproduce:

  • Ensure you have two accounts
  • One must have a negative balance
  • Go to move money between accounts
  • The balance of the negative value will be positive
    OS:
    iOS 12
    Device:
    iPhone 6
    App Version:
    2.15.0
