Just a small piece of feedback, but when I have a waiting chat, I get a notification saying “you are talking to so-and-so”, even if they are yet to say anything. This can be frustrating if someone is already a little exasperated with the chat. I suggest removing this so that you only receive a notification once they have actually written something, as it can be quite a delay while they get up to speed and type a response.
