Attempting to provide merchant feedback on any cleared American Express transaction leads to a dead-end from which the “done” or “<” buttons do nothing.
- Select any cleared transaction on a linked American Express card
- Select “Improve merchant name, or logo”
- Search our list of merchants (in this case Hotels.com, and select it, though I’ve tried other transactions and merchants and the behaviour is the same)
- Select “Next”
- “Thanks for the feedback” appears, however clicking on either “Done” or “<” does not do anything and the app has to be force-closed and restarted. Upon restarting, the transaction has not been updated with the merchant provided in step 3.
