Impossible to access information in the app after advert

I can access the app and I can use the card but, after receiving an advertising about switching energy, I can’t see any information. See the picture attached. I can’t do anything. No access to Home page, nor account …! When I tried to check all the menu options appear an error message: ‘Sorry there was a problem. … contact with us’

  • Remove the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-install the app

Usually fixes issues like this :slight_smile:

He’s right. You could try force closing it first. Might work.

I had that same problem I just closed from the background and it worked fine

Hey @patora - Sorry about that, that’s quite strange.

As per the above posts, an uninstall/reinstall of the app should do the trick here.

I reinstalled the app and now is running ok. Thank you.
