I’ve been trying to save my card online. Amazon, PayPal, other sites and don’t recognise the card even after the security check. Any ideas what’s wrong?
Are you sure you’re typing the numbers correctly?

Might sound daft, but when you say you are unable to pay for things online. Do you mean when checking out? Is the card frozen?
