I have raised a customer service thread about a case I’ve got where Mondo continues to show a charge for something that was refunded on my card. But I’m concerned about losing track of the transaction as it goes further down my timeline.
There really should be a way to flag a transaction as disputed / problematic, which adds a visual marker to the transaction in the timeline (and even better allows filtering on these markers so I can see a list of all flagged transactions). With multiple possible markers this would also allow more everyday audit processes - eg marking transactions that I need to claim as expenses but haven’t done so yet, or those where I am expecting a delivery and want to check them off when the goods arrive. But the primary use case is certainly to ensure that I don’t lose track of disputed transactions.
