and then what?
Are you going to make another post to make a big story?
and then what?
Are you going to make another post to make a big story?
And what if it is? Then what?
forget it i thought i could come on here and get help but no point when you got people like use on here who wanna keep going on and on
what the point of a forum if i cant come on here and ask people if they have had problems
More than happy to help, but I just don’t see what ‘help’ this post brings? That’s why I asked what you wanted to know for and, by your own admission, you want others to come and say bad things about Vodafone too?
Man, too much negativity in the world already. It’s Friday, be happy!
This isn’t a Vodafone forum, for one… anyway, I’m out.
Good luck with your single sentence rants, I genuinely hope you are ok, lot of anger coming through.
I must admit I’m a little confused too.
If you’re already leaving Vodafone because of your own bad experience what value is there in hearing others? Are you not going to get more worked up about the ordeal you’ve been through instead of moving on?
i didnt say it was did i but i would like to know if monzo customers have had problems with Vodafone
i was looking to see if anyone had problems like me to see if its only me its been done to
Would you go back to them if everyone said they’re good?
Ohh well! “Didnt say it was” and I didn’t say you did, but as we are now at that level of discourse I’ll bid you farewell. I hope you have as much passion for positive things in life as you seem to have for this!
i would consider staying with them if it as happened to other people but at the moment it seems like there just done it to me
I’m not sure I understand what you’re trying to say, sorry
so basically cause my account is in credit cause of problems ive had with them and my broadband they have decided to send my account to the security team to check this but there is notes on my account to explain this
Okay, so let them do their investigation, see its all legitimate and then carry on as you were?
Credit on an account will be something they have to investigate from their POV incase its your mate adding £50 to your account every month so you don’t actually have to pay anything.
I’m with Vodafone mobile and they haven’t given me any problems
Can someone from the coral crew review this please, getting a little silly, lots of negative posts and flak, its Friday, lets chill and be kind @cookywook
Your account is in credit (positive) so they are reviewing your account? Did they say why that is a problem?
Was the payment made by dubious means (I mean don’t answer that, but think about it), could any of the payments seem as if it was made by dubious means that flag up as weird…
Personally, my account is always in credit, i have a habit of paying 6 months up front and then clearing my contract within the first 3 months of it, with Voda (last 7 years) and EE last 15 years.
Never had a problem at all
Vodafone added the credit because of problems i have had with them
I joined Vodafone when the Nokia 3310 was released had a one year contract left after that never going back as their billing then was shocking sounds like it still is
Orange/EE used to give me phones for free and insurance, that changed bought my iPhone 5 on release outright then sim only deals on 3 until feb 2019 where I got a new phone on a 2 year contract with 3
