Are you a customer? If you’re a customer, is your card expiring? Or it might be replaced due to a fraud risk. Is there a message in the app?
If you’re not a customer, ring the number on the card. DO NOT give it to someone if they knock on your door and ask for it.
There is no message on the app; I lost my previous card and froze it a few months ago.
Probably expired in that time, so they sent you a new one
