I got a call today from HSBC customer service following up on the feedback I’ve given them about being made to call to go to the website to book the in branch appointment. I honestly didn’t think they ever really read this.
I can’t say more about the conversation as my previous post earlier triggered somebody who reported my post.
What I can say however is that Gemini thought it was a scam call and sent an urgent message to my pixel watch warning me. It was legit and came from an 0800 number
