# How to open a chat window with Monzo?

Can someonenplease help me. I need a step by step guide on how to open a chat window with monzo. I have a customer service query.

Dont know if they have burried the chat option but ive been looking for half an hour and cant find it.  
I dont remember it being this difficult to find when i have used it in the past.

Help tab.  
Type “Contact”  
Top result should be “Contacting Support”

Then select “Chat with us”
