How long does Monzo typically take to reply to emails?

Have emailed Monzo’s help address this morning regarding changing email adresses as am currently unable to log into my one now, and was wondering how long they typically take to reply? Is not urgent enough for me to call, but would rather not have to wait days. Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Every time I’ve emailed they usually got back within 12 hours :slightly_smiling_face:
