Has the delivery timeframe lapsed within the app? It should tell you when it’s to be expected.

It sounds like you’re not at the card stage yet. You’re in the queue to be able to apply for an account.

Monzo are inviting people to setup an account in phases, so there is no ETA unfortunately. When it’s your turn, you’ll be given the option to apply, and if successful you’ll then be sent a card.
