How do I stop Netflix charging me they say contact Monzo I can’t get to chat to ask
Your contract is with Netflix, if you want cancel it, they’re the people to speak to.
What is the reason they’re saying it’s a bank issue? It sounds very odd.

You need to cancel your membership.
If you have cancelled but oddly payments are still being taken; you can ask monzo to remove the CPA (continuous payment authority) for Netflix.
However, if you wish to subscribe again, you’d have to contact monzo again to remove Netflix from the CPA block list.
